  2. Hot water cylinder

    Manufactured according to the regulation DIN 4753-1 for the enameling process from steel (S235 jrg2) with the respective certificates. Surfaces in contact with water are protected by enameling and magnesium anode. All boilers are tested according to DIN 4753 part 1 up to 6. This procedure ensures healthy drinking water. The internal water is also heated by the built-in internal resistance with an removable thermostat and with an optional heat exchanger as well. The outer part of the tank is covered with stainless steel or galvanized sheet electrostatically painted with a thickness of 0,5mm. In this way we achieve maximum protection and longevity of the boiler . Thermal insulation is CFC free and molded at 50kg/m³.

  3. Hot water cylinder

    Internal lining: body of the tank in treated mild steel 2.5mm thick and lids of the treated mild steel tank 3.0mm thick with a layer enamelling according to DIN 4753 with quality label e - email approved by the German federation DEV -Max operating pressure : 10 bars -Working temperature max. : 990 C -External coating: 0.6mm antimagnetic stainless steel or 0.6mm painted sheet -Insulation: high density expanded polyurethane (45Kgs / m3) thickness 50mms -Magnesium protection anode -Electric resistance: in accordance with the rules applied in each country, 2500W, with 4-contact thermostat Boilers are used for complete thermosiphonic solar water systems and placed horizontally. Also boilers can be equipped with an optional heating element (resistance with a safety thermostat) as an optional power source for the system. In addition, boilers are available in both closed circuit and open system, that is with a jacket and without a jacket respectively. In this way we achieve maximum protection, durability and longevity of the boiler .
